# Meshive Labs | AAA Photogrammetry & Advanced Surface Engineering
Meshive Labs is a digital asset studio specializing in high-fidelity, photogrammetry-based environmental props. We bridge the gap between raw scan data and high-performance production requirements. Our assets are engineered for those who demand zero compromise between visual hyper-realism and technical optimization.
## Our Systematic Production Pipeline
Every asset in our library undergoes a rigorous 6-step engineering process:
1. **Systematic Capture:** Photographed in a controlled studio environment using cross-polarization and high-precision turntable setups to ensure zero light contamination and neutral Albedo.
2. **High-Density Reconstruction:** Raw 3D generation from 2M+ polygon source data to capture micro-surface details and organic imperfections.
3. **Advanced Retopology & Manual UVs:** We do **NOT** use automated decimation. All assets feature clean, quad-dominant topology and handcrafted UV layouts for maximum texel density and zero stretching.
4. **Game-Ready LODs & Nanite:** Each model includes meticulously authored LOD chains (LOD0 to LOD3+), fully optimized for Unreal Engine 5 Nanite and traditional rasterized pipelines.
5. **8K/4K Extended PBR Texturing:** Fully calibrated PBR (Metallic/Roughness) workflows. Our standard map pack includes:
* **Albedo** (De-lit & Color-calibrated)
* **Normal** (DirectX/OpenGL)
* **Displacement** (16-bit for true geometric depth and micro-detail)
* **Curvature** (For advanced procedural shading and edge masking)
* **Roughness / Metallic / AO**
* **Thickness Maps** (For realistic Subsurface Scattering/SSS in organic assets)
6. **Engine-Native Optimization:** Assets are pre-configured for Unreal Engine (.uasset) and Unity (HDRP/URP), featuring channel-packed textures (ORM/Mask Maps) and master material instances.
